What we do:

We are a call center handling patient accounts for our clients. We assist patients in understanding and resolving their medical bills.

What you get:

Hourly Pay - $18.50

1st of the month after 30 days - Full Benefits for anyone scheduled for 30+ hours per week:

What Job includes (but not limited to):
  • Compliant communication with responsible parties for unpaid medical balances.
  • Documenting outcome of communication.
  • Negotiating payment and/or timely payment plans for resolution of outstanding balances.
Employees will be trained in and expected to adhere to HIPAA, Company, State and Federal rules and regulations.

  • Medical Office Experience a plus
  • Will consider and train individuals with customer service experience
  • Excellent written, oral communication and telephone skills
  • PC proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and data base navigation.

  • Bilingual a plus
