Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Cage Technician Supervisor:

  1. Lead team members in the repair and proper preventative maintenance of all designated electronic and mechanical money handling machines and table games equipment, including but not limited to cleaning machines, overhauling machines, and other related functions to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Interviewing, hiring, and training team members; scheduling and motivating team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
  3. Process and maintain paperwork and proper filing.
  4. Ensure an orderly and safe working environment.
  5. Maintain proper working inventory

What you need:

  1. The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  2. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  3. 2 years of experience working with repair of small mechanicals or electronics. A technical certification can take the place of 6 months or experience or a related Associate’s degree can take the place of 1 year of experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  1. Previous experience working with/repairing small electronics, or with Ticket Redemption Units and Currency Counting Equipment.
  2. Previous supervisory experience.
