Job Description
We’re currently seeking a Cabinet Finisher with at least 1 year of experience in wood finishing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing, staining, painting, and sealing wood surfaces to create flawless, long-lasting finishes. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in the final appearance and quality of our custom cabinetry.
Responsibilities:
Sand, stain, paint, and apply finishes to wood cabinets and components
Mix and match stains and finishes to achieve desired colors and effects
Prepare surfaces by filling holes, repairing imperfections, and ensuring smoothness
Apply lacquer, polyurethane, and other protective coatings
Maintain a clean and organized finishing area
Follow safety protocols and quality control procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Cabinet Finisher
Proficiency in various finishing techniques including spray finishing
Attention to detail and a strong eye for color and consistency
Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards
Familiarity with finishing tools, equipment, and safety procedures
Strong work ethic and reliability
