About the Role :
As part of the core Admin team, you will support several Business Administrative initiatives ranging from supporting the roll out of new processes to facilities layout design, support and implementation. Your internship will expose you to all levels of the organization and Skyworks Business Units. You will be part of our overall success in supporting the Andover Design Center.

Tasks may include any of the following :

• Automate Seating chart with one-click identification cube owner/BU/Function
• Automate process of Reserving Visitor Cubes within MS Teams/Outlook Calendar
• Develop an Admin Request Portal (leverage our many Staff requests)
• Create a system automated Visitor & Staff Temporary Badge tracking
• Consolidate hard copy inventory & create electronic copies as specified
• Schedule Meetings, Appointments and Conference Rooms using Microsoft Teams
• Research sourcing for supplies and frequently purchased items

Technical Requirements/Skills

• Ideal candidate will be enrolled in a Business Management or Industrial Engineering curriculum.
• Completed at least two years toward your bachelor’s with some of the following course topics: Technology Skills for Business, Data Analysis, Operations Management, Data Engineering. 
• Must remain enrolled as a student throughout the duration of their employment. 
• Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
• Diligence and highly organized be resourceful and work independently
• Strong people skills including the ability to interact at various levels within the organization.

Term :

• Summer 2025

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
