Your primary focus in this role will be centered on VICE Media, American Songwriter & ComicBook.com Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Business Development Representative to drive growth and expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone with experience in prospecting, lead generation, and securing meetings—preferably with media buyers and strategists or in the digital advertising industry. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, and maintaining an organized pipeline using HubSpot. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on media buyers, media strategists, and digital advertisers. CRM Management: Keep HubSpot updated with lead and prospect data, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach efforts. Email Outreach & Follow-ups: Craft compelling outreach emails to generate interest and schedule meetings. Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate conversations with potential clients to introduce Savage Ventures’ brands and advertising opportunities. Meeting Scheduling: Secure and coordinate sales meetings with qualified leads. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the media space. Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and messaging. Qualifications Experience in prospecting & lead generation (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach). Proven ability to secure meetings with decision-makers, ideally in the media buying or digital advertising industry. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms for tracking sales activities. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to craft engaging outreach messages. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Experience in digital advertising, media sales, or agency work is highly preferred.
