We are currently looking for a Business Coach and Trainer to deliver quality coaching to our clients based upon the SBE core values and methodology, providing invaluable information for HVAC, electrical and plumbing contractors from the comfort of your home workspace. You work directly with these business leaders to develop effective methods and operational tools for improving their companies and increasing their profits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and training sessions to business owners, focusing on areas such as leadership development, strategic planning, and business growth.
• Assess client needs and develop coaching plans to address specific goals and objectives.
• Deliver engaging training, both in person and virtually, to client's employees, including but not limited to financial proficiency, customer service, and sales skills.
• Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, offering guidance and support to overcome obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.
• Track client progress and measure the impact of coaching interventions, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued success.
• Facilitate group discussions and simulations to promote collaborative learning and real-world application of concepts.

The Ideal SBE Coach and Trainer

• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
• Ability to effectively implement feedback and apply new techniques or strategies.
• Proficiency in evaluating information objectively and making reasoned judgments.
• Potential to design and deliver engaging training sessions that leave a lasting impact on participants.

Work Hours: Standard working hours of: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST with flexibility.

Location: Remote. Work from your home office, taking 4 client calls per day, for residents in Florida, Arizona, Missouri, or Texas.

Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000/year, depending on experience.
