We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide variety of business legal matters, including business litigation, mergers and acquisitions, contract disputes, business filings and business formations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive legal advice to our clients and play a critical role in shaping business strategies. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of business legal matters, including business litigation, mergers and acquisitions, contract disputes, and business filings.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including vendor contracts, employment contracts, and business contracts.
3. Assist with entity formation, including LLC formation and other business entities.
4. Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
5. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
6. Stay current on changes in business law and regulations and advise the company on any potential impacts.
7. Provide training to company staff on legal matters, such as contract management and compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a business attorney.
3. Experience in business litigation, mergers and acquisitions, contract disputes, business filings, contract filing, vendor contract, employment contract, LLC formation, business contracts, and entity formation.
4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to draft and interpret contracts.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High level of professionalism and strong ethical judgment.
9. Admission to the state bar.
