This role is critical to managing TomoCredit’s financial performance and driving strategic initiatives. As part of the Strategic Finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring our financial targets are met, exceeded, and optimized for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage TomoCredit’s performance against financial targets, identifying gaps where expectations are not met and devising strategies to close those gaps.
  • Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to exceed financial expectations where targets are on pace, driving continuous improvement in financial outcomes.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analyses and create reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Forecasting: Support financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate cross-functionally to support key strategic initiatives, providing financial expertise to ensure success.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain extreme precision and accuracy in all financial analyses, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital (VC) / Private Equity (PE), or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a high regard for precision in all aspects of work.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
