Atrium Hospitality is seeking a passionate Breakfast Cook to join their team at Hot Springs Embassy Suites. The role involves assisting the Chef in food production and preparation for kitchen, cafeteria, banquet cooking, dining room, and fine dining. Responsibilities include developing cooking skills, recreating menu items, maintaining consistency in cooking and presentation, minimizing food waste, setting up workstations, preparing ingredients, following kitchen sanitization standards, and proper food storage. Candidates should have previous professional kitchen experience, a passion for cooking, and a desire to grow their culinary skills. Qualifications include an active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain one, willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds, and an energetic personality.
