Career advancement opportunities in a growing North Carolina company
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized treatment plans in a clinic setting.
Provide play-based ABA therapy in our clinic and collaborate with families for home/community-based goals.
Mentor and train RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians in the clinic.
Work closely with other clinicians to ensure optimal treatment outcomes for each client.
Collect and analyze data (yes, the data part is important, too).
Participate in team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development.
BCBA Certification
North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
