Pay: $60,000.00-$160,000.00 per year

Responsibilities - Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs
- Communicate with parts dept to obtain parts to perform repairs
- Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Employers' values in all interactions
Qualifications - 2+ years of hands-on work experience as Automotive Technician in a reputable shop (preferably OEM dealership or franchise) environment preferred
- Strong mechanical & electrical diagnostic aptitude and hands on skill preferred
- High volume mentality
- Proficiency in basic computer skills required
- Positive attitude
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid Driver's License in applicable state (WA, or ability to obtain upon relocation) and a good driving record
