CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Medical Assistant who is helpful, adaptable, and thrives in a high-volume setting . The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker , comfortable with extended shifts , and able to maintain accuracy and composure in a compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with patient care, procedures, and documentation
• Preparing patients for medical tests and examinations
• Take vital signs, update medical histories, and manage EMR documentation
• Support patient education and follow-up instructions
• Coordinate with front office and clinical staff to maintain smooth workflow
• Uphold strict compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
• Prior experience in pain management or a high-volume medical setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
• Comfortable working full-day shifts and adapting to changing priorities
• Knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology
