About the job Blockchain Engineer Responsibilities Lead the research, design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring of the blockchain client/infrastructure. Conduct blockchain technology research and make partner and technology recommendations. Own the internal and external technical communication of the blockchain technology. Provide first-line engineering support for both internal and external infrastructure partner integration. Establish and iterate on best practices for maintaining a secure and modular infrastructure. Qualifications Strong Passion for Blockchain: Demonstrate a deep passion and robust interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies. Advanced Blockchain Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the blockchain ecosystem, including but not limited to Layer 1 and Layer 2 technologies, smart contract development and deployment, blockchain bridges, oracles, indexers, decentralized finance (DeFi), and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experienced in System Development: Bring 3-5 years of experience in low-level system development and managing scalable infrastructure operations. Blockchain Development Skills: Have at least 2 years dedicated to blockchain development, with a strong understanding of peer-to-peer networking, consensus algorithms, virtual machines, and storage subsystems. Proficiency in Golang and/or Rust is highly desirable. Communication and Problem-Solving: Exhibit exceptional communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems effectively. Glint Tech Solutions LLC
