A shelter located in Albion, MI is currently seeking a Bilingual Clinician – MSW , to join their team full time! Check out the details below:

Job Type: Direct Hire
Setting: Shelter
Location: Albion, MI
Schedule: Full-Time, daytime hours, flexible schedule needed
Pay: $76,000 with full benefits package included

The Clinician is responsible for conducting individual/group counseling sessions, and crisis management with unaccompanied children and youth residing in a 24-hour shelter funded by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). Individual behavioral sessions will focus on each child’s needs using Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) interventions such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or other related fields required
- 2 years of clinical experience working with children or youth and 1 of those years in a residential setting is preferred. May include Internship or Volunteer positions held.
- Licensed in the relevant field of study or be license eligible in the state of Michigan
- If actively involved in the process of becoming licensed the candidate may still be considered for the position upon approval by ORR
- Bilingual in Spanish and English HIGHLY preferred
