About Us:
We are seeking a Bilingual Chinese Executive Assistant to support our Senior VP. This role requires a candidate with an accounting background and fluent bilingual Chinese skills, either fluent or at a high conversational level.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior VP, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
• Assist with finance-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all assignments.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Act as a liaison between the VP and other departments, managing communication and coordination effectively.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, demonstrating sensitivity to numbers and financial information.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Senior office assistant/Executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong background in accounting or finance is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) is required; fluent or at a high conversational level.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
