Open to different specialties, trauma a plus but not required.**Position Overview**+ 5 Surgeons – let’s talk about your practice interests!+ 1:5 call+ 24/7 Hospitalist program support at MercyOne, a Magnet Recognized hospital+ Built-in referrals (including referrals from surrounding rural offices), ready-made patient panel+ Current team performs the following procedures: MAKO robotic-assisted joint replacement surgeries, hand surgery, spine surgery, general orthopedic surgery, and surgeries related to fracture care.+ Physical therapy, physician medicine & rehab, and hand therapy services offered onsite+ Shareholder eligibility after the first full calendar year+ Iowa ranked #1 Best State, 2018 U.S. News & World Report’s Best State rankings (#4 to practice medicine, #5 in education)**Clinic Overview**Medical Associates Clinic, with over 200 providers is the area’s leading healthcare provider and multispecialty group practice.
