Requirements
Brief Job Description The Club at Mediterra, a multiple award-winning private club located in Naples, Florida has an opening for Dishwasher/Kitchen Stewards to join our dynamic team at our Beach Club location in Bonita Springs.
Job Tasks / Primary Duties :
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen
- Clean pots, pans, utensils, and plates to health code standards
- Properly dry washed items to health code standards
- Organize dishes and kitchen utensils
- Clean up spills
- Remove trash and recycling
- Replenish hand towels and soap in hand washing areas
- Assist with small food prep duties which includes peeling and cleaning of product
- And any other related duties as assigned per Culinary Leadership Team
What We Would Like You to Have - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to adhere to a professional conduct at all times
