Bank Teller – Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other routine banking transactions
Handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments accurately
Provide excellent customer service and answer account-related questions
Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Refer customers to appropriate banking staff for products and services
Follow all bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
Identify and report suspicious activities or fraud attempts
Requirements:
Bank Teller experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
