Job Description

• Ensure Azure infrastructure adheres to security best practices and S360 compliance requirements
• Handle backup configurations monitoring and recovery procedures for business critical services
• Manage and fulfill access control requests across cloud resources
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers handling queries issues and updates effectively
• Lead and coordinate infrastructure operations ensuring timely delivery of support and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross functional teams for automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Document and maintain infrastructure compliance procedures and runbooks
• Strong experience with Azure Infrastructure services IaaS PaaS networking security
• Expertise in Azure identity and access management monitoring and backup solutions
• Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks especially S360
• Handson with Azure AI infrastructure and components
• Excellent communication and customerfacing skills
• Ability to lead initiatives independently and manage stakeholder expectations
• Nice to have any AZ PL and CS certifications
• Experience with Power BI and Power Platform tools
• Scripting knowledge with PowerShell for automation and reporting
