Responsibilities - General Manager:

• Provide strategic leadership across all departments: sales, service, finance, and fixed ops
• Coach and develop department managers to exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
• Oversee inventory, vendor relations, and manufacturer compliance
• Ensure profitability and long-term growth through efficient operations and strong personnel management
• Maintain a customer-first culture that reflects the high expectations of our dealership  

Qualifications:

• Previous General Manager experience at a franchised dealership is required
• Luxury or highline brand experience is a plus
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage all aspects of dealership operations
• Deep knowledge of financial statements, OEM compliance, and CRM systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license and insurance
