**Key Responsibilities:**
Ability to lead and train a staff in a high volume store
Stay up to date on current industry software
Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
Maintain profitability of your teams
Manage all showroom activities
Ensure high CSI scores & monitor these metrics for making improvements
Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of New & Used team, Internet Sales, Finance Managers and Service Drive Sales
Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Product Specialists
Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance
Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system
Establish delivery procedures
Ensure delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment
Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership & OEM sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
**Requirements:**
Organized and ambitious self-starter.
General sales management experience required
Prompt and courteous
Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
Must have clean & valid driver's license
