Overview:

Job Type :  Full-time year-round

Position Level : Entry Level

Schedule Requirments : Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

 

The Auto Mechanic performs inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all park vehicles and buses.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains and repairs Park vehicles, rides and all other gas and diesel units.
• Performs related duties as required.
• Diagnoses and determines repair requirements for mechanical, electrical and problems with park owned vehicles and selected rides.
• Performs required VA state vehicle inspections on park owned vehicles.
• Welds, modifies and fabricates parts as necessary
• Maintains and repairs vehicles, rides and other equipment as assigned.
• Maintains vehicle records, such as registrationand inspections.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid VA State vehicle inspection certification.
• 2 - 4 Years Related Experience
• At Least 18 Years of Age
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
