Responsibilities - Experienced Collison Center Manager:

• Oversee daily collision center operations and repairs, manage employees, and more.
• Provide strong leadership to the team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure efficient and effective operation of the collision center and maintain high-quality repair standards
• Uphold a customer-centric approach and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the repair process.
• Train and motivate staff to excel in their roles. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and manage budgetary aspects of the collision center. Optimize financial performance and control expenses
• Manage and schedule work for collision center employees 
• Check quality of completed work
• Manage Direct Repair Programs for insurance companies
• Maintain shop equipment in good working condition 
• Other duties may be assigned

• Required: Collision Center General Manager experience
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive collisioin repair process.
• I-CAR / ASE certification is a plus
• Good leadership, management, motivation, computer, communication, and customer service skills
• Results-driven with a passion for achieving success.
• Proficient in industry specific software and tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
