*Audiology HQ is seeking a qualified Hearing Healthcare Professional*
This is a great opportunity for qualified providers who would like to join a growing company. We are looking for an experienced *Audiologist -or- Hearing Instrument Specialist, *licensed to fit hearing aids at our Able Hearing Center in Oregon City, Oregon*.*
*Essential Functions:*
* Direct support of clinic staff, ensure smooth office operations and practical processes for a seamless professional patient care environment.
* Maintain office operation including managing your schedule
* Perform hearing evaluations, hearing aid sales and hearing aid fittings and be able to work with multiple manufactures.
* Perform needed adjustments to fitted products; comply with all procedural company quality standards and guidelines to maximize product performance and overcome patient concerns/objections.
* Report regularly on activity status and related results, patient performance, existing patient retention and new patient development initiatives in a format provided by the company
* Collaborate with Regional Leadership team to oversee financial management of office
* Provide input for new and retention marketing efforts for office, in coordination with Marketing team
*Private practice provides:*
* Marketing support and strong marketing budget to ensure the office stays busy.

Qualifications
- Current Audiologist -or- Hearing Aid Specialist License
- Strong knowledge of audiometric testing procedures
- Experience in fitting and dispensing hearing aids
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with patients of all ages
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
