Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an ATM Staging Technician to join our team. As an ATM Staging Technician, you will be responsible for staging and configuring ATM machines to meet client specifications and ensure successful installations. Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is a global leader in the financial technology industry, providing a wide range of payment and transaction processing solutions to clients around the world.

• Receive and inspect new ATM machines.
• Stage and configure ATM machines based on client requirements.
• Install necessary software and perform testing to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure timely completion of staging process.
• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of staging activities and update inventory system.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during staging process.
• Coordinate with logistics team for shipment of staged ATM machines.
• Provide training and support to field technicians as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in staging and configuring ATM machines preferred.
• Knowledge of ATM software and hardware.
• Ability to follow technical specifications and instructions.
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of networking principles.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
