A popular fashion brand is seeking a Strategic Operations Associate to lead mission-critical projects, solving ambiguous problems across departments, and influencing how the company scales. Your scope will evolve frequently- ensuring continuous learning and meaningful impact.

Locations: Beverly Hills, CA

Salary: Up to 130k base

Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and fuel business expansion
• Analyze complex data sets and distill them into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks or barriers to growth and develop strategies to overcome them
• Partner with teams across the business to define success metrics and build/maintain performance tracking tools
• Design and implement processes that improve collaboration and communication across departments

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a strategic, analytical, or operational role—preferably in consulting, finance, or within a fast-paced startup or digital commerce environment
• Highly analytical with sharp attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and generate impactful insights
• Proficient in Excel and presentation tools; experienced in interpreting data and presenting key findings to leadership
• Familiarity with SQL
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and requires minimal supervision
• Strong bias toward execution, with the ability to manage projects from idea through implementation
• Skilled at using data to identify root causes and drive process improvements
• Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is preferred
