An elite corporate law firm are looking to appoint an Associate between 2 - 5 years' experience to the corporate practice due to growth and increased levels of activity with private equity sponsors. We are looking to speak to an Associate with experience of representing financial and private equity sponsors in connection with complex transactional business such as mergers and acquisitions, growth equity, buy-outs and more. Associates will display strong technical experience and appetite to manage relationships directly and lead transaction deal teams. NY Bar admission essential.
