We are seeking a talented individual with EXCEPTIONAL customer service to work on our team as an Assistant Property Manager.

Qualifications:

• Active CA Real Estate Salesperson's or Broker's license
• Previous experience in property management or residential leasing
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants & clients
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties:

• Oversee and assist with tenant compliance, delinquency collection, rent increase notifications, etc.
• Filter office calls
• Assist field team with inspections & compliance postings
• Various office administrative tasks

Availability:

• Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
• An hour lunch break is observed, typically from 1-2pm
• We are closed most holidays and on weekends
• Additional compensation opportunity for after-hours or weekend calls are optional
