Now hiring an Assistant Project Manager for a Nationwide Design Build Construction Firm.

Our client is an award winning Firm with a new exciting role available.

Location: Downtown Milwaukee, WI

Salary $70-100k + Full benefits (DOE) and additional perks.

Job Duties:

• Read, analyze and identify discrepancies on architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and other contract documents. Reviews and redlines plans
• Create early comparable estimates for proposed projects utilizing cost data from comparable projects of similar scope and scale
• Perform take-offs using On-Screen take-off software and prepare estimate of conceptual plans, progress plans and final construction documents.
• Analyze and scope subcontractor bids for compliance with the construction documents and ability to perform the work in accordance with the project schedule.
• Write subcontracts and subcontract change orders in Procore.
• Performs punchlist walkthrough with design team and final punchlist walk with Owner. Documents list in Procore and validates completion of punchlist tasks with Superintendent and Owner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related degree
• 3-5 years experience and/or training. 3-5 years experience im construction / design related files
• Proficient in Microsoft, procure and other related technologies
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
