A busy orthodontic office in Brooklyn is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail?oriented Assistant to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn. No prior orthodontic experience is requiredtraining will be provided on?site, with strong opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontic staff with daily office and patient?related tasks
• Greet and support patients to ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist during procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Sterilize instruments and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Schedule appointments and support front?desk operations as needed
• Follow office protocols and assist with general administrative duties

Qualifications

• Detail?oriented with strong organizational skills
• Friendly, patient?focused, and professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Prior dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required
