This is a tenure track position and appointments will be at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor depending on experience. Course preferences include the following: Intellectual Property/Trademarks, Wills and Estates, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Business Associations, Secured Transactions, Corporate Finance, Civil Procedure, Contracts, Labor Law, Employment Law, and Health Care Law.

A candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school and a commitment to teaching in an environment dedicated to excellence in teaching and mentoring of students. All applicants should have a distinguished academic background, and either great promise or a record of excellence in both scholarship and teaching.
