Miller Brother Staffing is recruiting for Assemblers for our client in Mars, PA!


Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $17-$22 boe
SUMMARY: Performs a wide range of skilled repetitive assembly operations to produce quality products in a timely manner; performs operations from work instructions.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble, test, and inspect multiple product types from start to finish.
• Work closely with operations support team. (Planner, Shop Leads, Mfg Engineering, Quality)
• Responsible for maintaining quality expectations and hitting daily production goals.
• Prepare orders for shipping with proper documentation.
• Complete all related paperwork - work orders, inspection documents, and tracking sheets as required.
• Ability to use a computer
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Flex to other areas as production schedule dictates.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One to five years related experience or equivalent.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Familiarity with various mechanical and electrical measuring equipment.

• Acute attention to detail

• Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.

• Ability to understand any and all safety requirements

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Frequently required to stand
• Frequently required to walk
• Occasionally required to sit
• Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
