Job Description
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring Assemblers to support production in a cleanroom environment with one of our top manufacturing clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented workspace and is committed to maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package Single-Use assemblies according to Engineering Process Records (EPRs), drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Follow ISO Class 7 cleanroom standards, wearing PPE and practicing proper hygiene and 6S workplace protocols
- Ensure product quality by reporting deviations, minimizing scrap/rework, and maintaining documentation compliance under ISO 9001:2015
- Manage part labeling and inventory to ensure lot traceability and accuracy
- Work with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and support ongoing process improvements
Requirements:
- 6+ months of cleanroom assembly or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing PPE at all times
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Proficient with computers for data entry and documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
