Responsibilities:
Industry Knowledge: We provide full training!
Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products a plus
Familiarity with various travel services, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and travel insurance a plus
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members
Customer Service Skills:
Strong customer service
Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously
Attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free bookings
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems that may arise during travel arrangements
Resourcefulness in finding alternative solutions for clients

Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
