Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing team at Vicino on the Lake Apartments, a beautiful 359-unit property located in Creve Coeur, MO.

$21.00 – $24.00/hour (Based on experience)
Quarterly Maintenance Bonuses – up to $3,000/year
$100/week On-Call Stipend — paid whether you're called or not!

Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally
Apartment turns/make-readies between residents
Interior and exterior painting and staining
HVAC maintenance and minor troubleshooting
Basic plumbing repairs (including sweating copper pipe)
Minor electrical repairs (outlets, switches, fixtures)
Appliance diagnosis and repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, disposals)
Routine preventative maintenance
Maintain organized, clean work areas and maintenance shop
Participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call schedule
1+ years of maintenance experience (preferably in property management)
EPA Certification – Required
HVAC Certification – Preferred
CPO Certification – Preferred
Skilled in drywall repairs, carpentry, basic plumbing, and basic electrical
Ability to troubleshoot and repair common household appliances
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire for long-term growth
