Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician , your primary duties will include:

• Apartment Make Ready/Turnover: Prepare apartments for new residents by performing repairs, cleaning, and ensuring all aspects are move-in ready.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform repairs and maintenance for the building’s interior and exterior, including plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, and more.
• Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the property's grounds, ensuring all common areas are clean, safe, and aesthetically appealing.
• Appliance Repairs: Diagnose and repair appliances in apartments as needed, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent service to residents by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive rapport with tenants.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Experience: At least 6 months of general maintenance experience is required. Property management experience is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: General knowledge of all aspects of property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
• Certifications: HVAC or CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is not required but will be considered an advantage.
• Tools: A personal set of tools is preferred but not required.
