All that you need is:

• 2+ years of experience working as a veterinary technician
• Proficient in basic veterinary procedures, including administering medications, placing catheters, surgical/sedation procedures, and taking blood samples
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with pet owners compassionately and professionally
• A passion for working with animals and a commitment to providing high-quality care
• A degree from an accredited AVMA veterinary technician program (preferred)
• An active TX license (preferred)

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR ANIMAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN?

As an Animal Health Technician, your time is spent warmly welcoming our patients and ensuring their smooth check-in. You're right by our veterinarians' side, lending a hand in exams and treatments with your expert skills and caring heart. Plus, you get to share your pet care wisdom with clients, guiding them on how to keep their furry friends happy and healthy. Every chat and cuddle counts, making a genuine impact on both pets and their owners – showcasing just how essential you are to our team!

We're excited to provide part-time and full-time hours between 7:15 am - 6:00 pm and an optional 4-day work week.
