Sourced Experts are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the worlds leading logistics solutions providers for a Freight Forwarder with experience in transporting pharmaceutical goods by air.

As a Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for overseeing the exportation of pharmaceutical goods, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of shipments through various transportation channels
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the exportation of pharmaceutical goods by air, including preparation and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments
Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws
Essential Skills & Experience
Prior experience in air freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of trade laws and regulations
