About the Role:

You’ll be among the earliest hires at AGI Inc., shaping our core product and reimagining how people integrate AI agents into their day-to-day workflows. You'll define our product strategy, build our foundation tech stack, and work at the cutting edge while collaborating with a world-class team across research, engineering, product, and design.

If you’ve built AI-powered products professionally, contributed to advanced open-source projects, or wowed people with your personal AI experiments, let’s talk 🗣️.

You’ll lead initiatives from conceptual design to production deployment, iterating quickly and putting real user feedback at the heart of product decisions. Your work will directly influence the evolution of AI and the experiences of millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft intuitive AI Products: Fuse AI, backend, and frontend tech into seamless user experiences that feel almost magical while ensuring high reliability.
• Push AI Agent Frontiers: Develop and integrate latest AI models, incorporating capabilities such as memory, reasoning, and personalization into agents.
• Rapid Prototyping and Iteration: Rapidly prototype, gather feedback, and refine—pushing each version closer to an “insanely awesome” product.
• Collaborate & Inspire: Work hand-in-hand with researchers, designers, and product leads to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive experiences.
• Ownership: Lead projects from conception through deployment—driving continuous improvement, pushing boundaries, and setting new standards
• Architect Scalable Systems: Enhance system reliability, scalability, and low latency, even under dynamic workloads, to ensure high-quality performance.

Technical Experience:

• Proven track record in building consumer AI products, either professionally or through personal projects.
• Strong foundation in modern AI/ML systems and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with scalable systems that accommodate rapid growth
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, JS, Swift)—equally comfortable tackling performance bottlenecks or creating elegant UIs
• Strong ability to work across teams, articulate technical concepts clearly, and contribute to product decision-making.
