Job Description

• Lead the planning and implementation projects using methodologies such as scrum, Kanban etc.
• Fostering an effective and productive working environment and guiding others to understand scrum values, principles, and practices.
• Facilitates scrum ceremonies and enables others on the scrum team to also facilitate these ceremonies Ensures thorough execution of all scrum ceremonies following industry best practices.
• Works with Product Owner to define minimum valuable product and prioritizes backlog to maximize value.
• Ensure performance indicators (velocity, satisfaction, team commitment, deadline) are understood and respected by the team members during each sprint.
• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, enhancing business understanding of Agile values and principles.
• Experience working closely with software development teams, understanding technical requirements.
• Should be able to demonstrate the continuous improvement of processes.
• Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Kanban/Scrum).
• hands-on technical background, preferably experience of writing code, etc.
• Good understanding of healthcare payor.
• Experience with DevOps (Azure Dev Op).
