Job Title : Agile Coach
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities: - Guide teams and leadership through the adoption and scaling of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
- Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to enhance agile maturity and performance.
- Facilitate agile workshops, training sessions, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership to assess agile readiness and recommend strategies for enterprise-wide agility.
- Identify and remove organizational impediments to agile adoption and delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
- Track and measure agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput) and use them to inform improvements.
- Support agile tool adoption and configuration (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in software development or IT delivery roles, with 3+ years coaching Agile teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and/or LeSS.
- Proven experience coaching teams at various levels of agile maturity, including enterprise agile transformations.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), or equivalent.
- Experience with Lean, DevOps, and organizational change management.
- Background in product development, enterprise delivery, or consulting.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
