Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill an On-Site Recruiter role at Whirlpool Findlay in Findlay, Ohio.
At Adecco, an On-Site Recruiter can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. You will work to execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customer and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct.
This is a contract position that could turn to a permanent placement for the right candidate.
Responsibilities for this On-Site Recruiter role include:
Recruit potential applicants for current client openings.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Facilitate Adecco - specific on-boarding process, to include site tours
Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met
Complete associate counseling in regards to performance and attendance when needed.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred; or 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a less complex environment. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks. Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
