Activities Assistant (Resident Life Assistant)

Full Time * Part Time * Per Diem

As a Resident Life Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Resident Life team with providing therapeutic recreation programs and experiences for the residents of St. Margaret's Center. These experiences are designed to improve each child's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional functioning abilities.

Requirements for a Resident Life Assistant

• Must possess the ability to follow directions and communicate clearly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year related experience, specifically in providing care and recreational programs to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old

Founded in 1883, St. Margaret's Center is a skilled nursing facility serving medically fragile infants, children, and young adults on a single dedicated campus.
