ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

About the Company

A growing company in the area is looking to add a sharp Accounts Payable Specialist to its team. If you are a self-starter, then this position might be for you! The company also offers great benefits such as health, dental and 401k.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle accounts payable process

• 3-way matching for accounts payable

• Code invoices and expenses to the correct account, date, and cost center

• Prepare and reconcile local/state sales and use tax filings and pay monthly

• Reconcile vendor statements

• Collect W-9's and prepare 1099's

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience

• Proficient using Microsoft Office, 10-key by touch

• Experience using Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or Netsuite a plus

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
