Job Details Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable activities including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation of vendor statements.
- Perform 3-way match – matching invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents.
- Maintain up-to-date billing system and carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities as per specific deadlines.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in invoices and billing.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
- Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing and other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Billing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in processing a high volume of invoices and performing 3-way match procedures.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
