• Reviewing and processing sales contracts for accuracy.
• Execute duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Creating and maintaining vendors into QuickBooks.
• Assist with processing of payroll.
• Data entry and reconciliations.

• 1 year of accounting experience
• Full time availability
• Associates degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as team player to which effectively work towards achieving company goals.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality
• Ability to follow outlined company processes.
• Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
