We are seeking an Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities :

• Create and update expense reports.
• Process reimbursement forms accurately and efficiently.
• Enter financial transactions into our internal databases with precision.
• Verify spreadsheet accuracy to maintain financial integrity.
• Maintain both digital and physical financial records securely.
• Assist in drafting and preparing professional documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, both virtually and in-person.
• Manage incoming calls and facilitate corporate office support.
• Arrange travel plans and organize meetings effectively.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audit procedures.

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in accounting and administrative tasks.
• Experience in developing financial reports and metrics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a challenging environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience :

• High school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred.

Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
