Job Summary Our Lady of Guadalupe School, seeks an experienced, dedicated, and dynamic middle school teacher to join our innovative teaching team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Math to grades 5-8 while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and working collaboratively with administration, fellow teachers, parents, and students.

Requirements / Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in education or related field (Teaching Credential preferred)
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in elementary education setting
3. Effective classroom management skills
4. Ability to input data and monitor student growth
5. A practicing Catholic and knowledge of the teachings of the Catholic Church
Comments and Other Information 1. The successful candidate will develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum program.
2. The candidate is responsible for planning, implementing, assessing, and analyzing data to monitor student progress and meet the needs of all learners.
3. Establishing and maintaining open communication with parents, students, and fellow staff members is essential.
4. Maintaining a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to student learning.
5. The candidate should exhibit enthusiasm and a faith-filled spirit that inspires and motivates students, while modeling and supporting the values and teachings of the Catholic Church.
