About The Role:

A notable San Francisco based AD100 residential design firm is looking for a 3D Artist/Renderer to join their studio. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in creating architectural and interior design 3D rendering to visualize project ideas. The designer will work utilizing software tools to complete tasks. The designer will report to the Director of 3D Visualization and work collaboratively to meet the goals of the projects/firm.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Utilize software systems to create designs that reflect the ideas of the design team and clients
• Produce photorealistic designs of custom furniture, light fixtures, and accessories.
• Visit job sites to confirm measurements of the space per design plans
• Work collaboratively with design and project management team to solve problems for any project while keeping the project on schedule
• Assist in creating design packages to present to clients
• Attending client meeting to communicate design concepts and ideas
• Meeting design standards per the design style of the firm

Qualifications:

• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience using AutoCAD, Studio Max, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
• An ability to communicate seamlessly between design team and project management team
• Experience working on multiple projects at the same time with different deadlines
• An ability to self-lead while working collaboratively with an open mind in a fast-paced environment
• An elevated attention to detail to ensure quality creative designs
• An understanding of building codes and construction documents
