**Responsibilities**
* Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
* Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
* Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
* Be outstanding at relationship building.
* Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
* **Must be goal-oriented; coachable/trainable and have a strong competitive drive to succeed**
* **Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sales**
**Requirements**
* Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable as well as an upbeat and positive attitude.
* Confident, self-starter who works well independently and can create relationships from a cold start.
* Prior Sales Experience.
* Career minded vision.
* **2-3 years of successful Insurance sales experience preferred.**
* **2-20 Florida Property & Casualty License is preferred but open to candidates with the 20-44** **Resident Personal Lines License (with experience).**
